Mission Statement

MISSION STATEMENT

The Divine Circle of the Sacred Grove is a Church and School of Theology and Healthology. The specific purpose of which is to support, proselytize, publicize, research, and teach Theology, the Metaphysical Religious Arts, Sciences, and Concepts. The Church and School welcomes all those of like mind searching for truth and spiritual freedom of higher consciousness regardless of race, sex, affectional preference, or religious beliefs. The goals of the Divine Circle of the Sacred Grove are designed to promote a spiritual and practical view of the whole person. We believe that the body is a temple, in which a Higher Power dwells. If you maintain the Body, the Mind, and the Spirit properly you will acquire a greater contact with that Power.

The Divine Circle of the Sacred Grove will make available to its members, students and friends a wide variety of health and fitness, diet and nutrition, herbal and holistic, spiritual, wellness, and psychological programs. We want to know all there is to know (or can be known) about the human body, mind and spirit, and how they can be linked for the individual to operate in a peak condition in harmony with the Earth, the Spirit, and their own personal environment.

We want to provide a safe place for this wellness. This will include space for rituals, counseling, nutritional development, wholistic healing techniques, seminars, and classes. We will also provide a place for the exploration of ancient and modern metaphysical mysteries and arts. We teach a metaphysical approach to life, primarily based on Druid and Pagan teachings and traditions.

We want to promote positivity in all faiths. While we follow and teach a path of positive thought and action, we know that our way is not for everyone. We believe that all paths have positive messages, and we try to promote understanding and acceptance. We encourage people to open their minds to the many worlds of possibilities. We try to promote connection and interactivity. We believe that the Body, the Mind, and the Spirit are totally inter-related.

We minister to all aspects of the whole person.

As a church, we perform Weddings and Handfastings, Dedications, Child, Animal, and House Blessings, ceremonies of Passing, and other duties undertaken by religious Orders - ceremonies, and functions. We will also provide counseling in the areas of relationships, addictions, etc. The Church maintains an active Seminary with multi-year, advanced degree programs in Ministry, for a Master of Herbalism, and in Healthology (Natural Healing). Additionally we hold annual seminars specifically for the continuing education and training of Priests and Priestesses in the studies of Druidism, Wicca, and Pagan practices. The Church will maintain a Natural Healing center at its Sanctuary in Eastern Arizona for those seeking spiritual renewal.

We believe in the family and the community, and the individual's right to define their own existence and moral code. We believe in personal well-being and fulfillment on all levels, for when we are fulfilled we have more to offer the world around us.

The Divine Circle of the Sacred Grove is honored to take this opportunity to tell you a bit about ourselves and our mission. We are a federally recognized 501 (c)3, non denominational, metaphysically oriented, non-profit religious and educational organization. Our mission is the dissemination of instruction, counseling, and guidance for people of all races, creeds, sexes, and preferences who have chosen to seek us. Our work is to assist those who have expressed the desire to reach Spiritual Fulfillment through knowledge, wisdom, and the understanding of their path to the Ultimate Reality or the Great Spirit.
